Cross Country CaresCross Country Education’s employees realize the need for a philanthropic touch to the corporate work environment. To satisfy this need, employees developed the “Cross Country Cares” program. Each month, a non-profit organization is chosen to be the recipient of donations collected from CCE employees. Whether it is a national or middle -Tennessee organization - employees suggest the “Cares” recipient each month. For every $5.00 donated by an individual employee, she/he may wear jeans one day during the work week! In addition to our “Cares” program, we save toner cartridges for a local school Parent-Teacher Organization, some employees donate whole blood to the American Red Cross every 56 days, give supplies to the local animal shelter, and donate their time, talents and money to non-company related activities. We are very proud to have a great team of employees that are always eager to lend a helping hand, not just a hand-out, to those in need.
