Our management team has over 30 years of combined experience serving at Cross Country Education Each member uses his or her many years of experience in their respective fields to push the level of service we provide to new heights. At Cross Country Education we pride ourselves on ‘Leading the Way in Professional Development.’ The seven members of management and over 38 employees of Cross Country Education work diligently to continuously improve the quality of programs, high-level of customer service, and support services that we provide to our customers and instructors.
Greg Greene, President
Mr. Greene became President of Cross Country Education in 2005. Prior to that, Mr. Greene served Cross Country Education as Chief Operating Officer since 2004 and Controller since 2002. Before joining Cross Country Education, Mr. Greene was the Controller of ING Financial Services. Mr. Greene holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration and a Masters of Business Administration from Belmont University, Nashville, Tennessee.
Amy Klotz, Manager of Business Operations
Amy Klotz joined the Cross Country team as Human Resources Manager in 2007. She was then promoted to the position of Manager of Business Operations in April 2008 in order to handle the day to day operations with hotels, fulfillment and speaker support areas of the business. Prior to her time at CCE, Amy spent over 8 years with an HR consulting firm in Nashville where she not only provided HR support to clients, but was instrumental in much of the operational logistics. Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and has lived in the Nashville area with her family since 1996.
John Nichols, Director of Finance
John Nichols has served as the Director of Finance since 2007. Prior to that he served as Controller since 2005. Mr. Nichols has over 11 years of accounting experience in the private sector. Mr. Nichols has a B.B.A. in Accounting from Belmont University, Nashville, Tennessee and a B.S. from Tennessee Tech University, Cookeville, Tennessee.
Kim Rowe, Customer Service Manager
Kim Rowe joined Cross Country Education in 2000 as a member of the Customer Service Support Team. Ms. Rowe came to Cross Country from Equifax after serving 15 years as a Quality Control Specialist. In 2001, Ms. Rowe accepted the position of Customer Service Supervisor and since 2002 has been the Customer Service Manager. Ms. Rowe brings 25 years of Customer Service experience to the Cross Country Education team.
April Thurston, Human Resources Manager
April Thurston joined the Cross Country Education team in March 2008. April is a certified professional in Human Resources and has over 3 years in Human Resources. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Tennessee.
Scott Wegner, Director of Marketing and Business Development
Scott Wegner became the Director of Business Development in early 2007. Prior to that, Mr. Wegner served as Marketing Coordinator since 2002 and the Direct Marketing Manager until 2007. Mr. Wegner has been with the Cross Country Education team since 2000. Mr. Wegner earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Tennessee Tech University, Cookeville, Tennessee.
