Investing in Success

Scores of institutions have been so pleased with the results of NMBC that they have sent multiple Nurse Managers, many before they have even assumed
their new roles. From 1999 to 2006, there were 178 institutions who sent multiple nurses–and nearly 46 percent sent four or more nurses. The return on
investment is so great that hospitals have used Nurse Manager Boot Camp again and again.*

Continued Mentoring and Advisement

The learning doesn’t end when the learner returns home! With dedicated
faculty and an opportunity for ongoing contact and mentoring, Nurse
Manager Boot Camp graduates absorb what they’ve learned over time.

  • Each faculty member provides his or her email address and phone number for follow-up mentoring.

  • The Nurse Manager Boot Camp e-zine is available to all Boot Camp Grads online free of charge to be read at their convenience.

  • Online chats about management subjects are held every month — hosted by the Boot Camp Director and also attended by other faculty when available.
