402 - PPS Reimbursement 101

This session will focus on the basics of managing PPS in nursing home settings. Learn how to maximize RUG distributions while appropriately identifying strategies to maximize current caseloads. This course will provide the most recent updates to Medicare Part A regulations with an emphasis on practical applications to daily clinical treatment. Clinical excellence and strong clinical foundations are emphasized to encourage successful clinical and financial management of SNF rehab departments. You will learn strategies to maximize RUG distributions through better ARD selection, group utilization and through emphasizing clinical excellence.
