We will review the popular surgical options and discuss the 'Double Bundle' graft theory and fact. Objectives for this session include: know what the different options are; know what clinical factors determine graft selection and decision making in ACL surgery and rehabilitation; and know what the pros/cons are of each. This session will review the latest developments regarding surgical options for ACL reconstruction. The relevant nuances of the techniques will be reviewed and detailed. The disadvantages and advantages of graft tissue types and fixation techniques will be addressed.
