The formal continuing education programs of this program provider are accepted by AGD for Fellowship, Mastership and membership maintenance credit. The Cross Country Education, LLC. is accredited by Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of pharmacy education. Statements of Continuing Pharmacy Education Credit will be mailed within 4 weeks following the program. Full attendance is required to receive 6 ACPE contact hours and upon completion of the Seminar Evaluation Form, in the event of late arrival and/or early departure, amended certificates or Statements of Credit indicating the actual number of credit hours earned will be provided upon calling Cross Country Education.
