Q. Is payment required at the time of registration?

A. No, if you are sending in your registration via phone, fax or mail. But we do recommend that you secure a space at the seminar with a paid registration. You may reserve a space and mail a check before the seminar or bring a check or credit/debit card the day of the seminar. Purchase orders are accepted. We will complete and fax back any that need additional information from us. They are not considered payment and we will send an invoice upon receiving the purchase order and accompanying registration(s).

Yes, if you are registering on-line. To complete your on-line registration you must pay with a credit or debit card. We accept, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. back to top


Q. Do you send a confirmation of registration?

A. Yes, confirmations of registration (paid and unpaid) are sent via fax within three days of receipt in our office. If a faxed confirmation cannot be sent, a postcard is mailed. If you have not received a confirmation within five (5) days of the program, please call our office at (800) 397-0180 to verify registration. back to top


Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Cancellations received at least five working days prior to the seminar are refundable less a $ 20 administrative charge per registrant. For cancellations received later a credit will be issued toward a future seminar or product order. If you register and do not attend, you are still liable for payment. Substitutions may be made at any time. back to top


Q. What if I can’t attend, but want to send someone else in my place?

A. We accept substitutions at any time! If you will have the information prior to the seminar, please contact our Customer Service Department. If you will not know until the day of, please make the registrar aware of the substitution. back to top


Q. How late can I register for a seminar?

A. Early registrations are those received 10 days prior to the seminar date. However, you can register up to and including the day of the seminar at the regular registration rate (please see the seminar you are interested in for that rate). If you chose to register after the 10 day time frame, please be aware that you will not have a continuing education certificate available to you the day of the seminar. We will mail a certificate to you once we receive confirmation of your attendance and payment. If you choose to register the day before the seminar, please bring your confirmation number and complete an on-site registration form during check-in. We do not deny anyone entrance into our seminars. back to top


Q. Will I receive continuing education credit for attending your seminars?

A. Yes! Cross Country Education is approved by many state and national associations and boards for continuing education credits. Please check the specific seminar you are interested in attending for a list of approval information relating to that seminar. If your state is not listed, please contact your state board for more information or our Continuing Education Department.

* Please note that the credit hours listed are offered by Cross Country Education, Inc. and/or boards/associations for a full day’s attendance. In the event of late arrival and/or early departure, amended certificates indicating the actual number of credit hours earned will be provided upon calling Cross Country Education. Q. I need special accommodations. Who should I contact?

A. Accommodations will be made in accordance with the law. If you require ADA accommodations, please contact Cross Country Education at least two weeks before the seminar date so that arrangements can be made.

Q. What should I wear?

A. Unless your company requires otherwise, this is completely up to your discretion! We do recommend you consider bringing a light sweater as we cannot control the temperature of the room to accommodate everyone in attendance. back to top


Q. Is lunch provided?

A. Lunch is on your own from approximately 11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. We make every attempt to select facilities that have a restaurant within the property or several nearby for your convenience. back to top


Q. Do I have to pay for parking?

A. We do not validate or pay for parking at any seminar. Please call the seminar location for parking costs and information. back to top


Q. Will I receive my continuing education certificate the day of the seminar?

A. All paid registrations received approximately 10 days before the seminar will receive a continuing education certificate. If you should have any questions in regards to this, please contact our Continuing Education Department for more details. back to top

Q. How will I know if the seminar is cancelled?

A. Unfortunately, cancellations may occur at the last minute due to travel delays, weather, or instructor sickness. We make every effort to contact all of the pre-registered attendees with a confirmation number and contact information prior to the seminar. If we have no contact information for you, we cannot inform you – this is why we request your phone and fax numbers, as well as e-mail address. back to top
