Speaker's Bio Testimonials

By attending Personality Disorders in Social Work and Health Care, thousands of practitioners have learned the concepts and techniques necessary to understand and effectively manage and treat clients with the difficult conditions called personality disorders. Often considered "untreatable" or "hopeless cases," Dr. Lester's course taught participants that there are indeed effective management and treatment approaches. Participants learned how to identify personality disorders, assess them for intervention and apply effective intervention models.

Participants' success in using Dr. Lester's approach to dealing with personality disorders has led to an unprecedented demand for additional, even more in-depth training from him in working with personality disorders. This seminar was produced in response to that demand, and offers "specialist" level training and expertise in assessing, managing and treating personality disorders. It is designed to take practitioners to the next level of expertise in working with individuals, couples, families and children.

Continuing Education hours for this self study are available for Counselors, Social Workers, Nurses and Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors.
