Health professionals and educators now, more than ever, face the uphill battle of working with disruptive children and adolescents from all types of backgrounds. Youth who argue at school or home or act out violently are a constant challenge for untrained, tired and busy parents. Managing at-risk youngsters is no longer the exclusive chore of parents.
